Recent Purchases: July

With July having come and gone I can now tell you the ways I was able to deploy capital in order to create cash flow! Earlier in the month I showed you all my watch list and in total I was able to deploy $1309.69! This is the first time I have tallied the total invested in a given month and I must say I am quite surprised. Unfortunately though this will not continue.  The last week in July was my last regular paycheck for the summer....
